We want you to love everything you buy from Meifu. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery. 1. Eligibility for Return Item must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging Underwear, socks, earrings, and customized items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box (the box must not be damaged or used as shipping box) 2. Free Return Options (We pay the return shipping!) To make returns completely risk-free, we offer 2 easy options: Option A – Free Return Label (Recommended) Just contact us within 30 days → we send you a prepaid return label → you drop off at your local post office → full refund issued within 48 hours after we receive it. Option B – Return on Your Own You can ship the item back yourself. Once we receive and inspect it, we refund the full product price + your original shipping fee. 3. How to Start a Return Email us at support@meifu.shop with your order number and reason We reply within 12 hours with return instructions Pack the item safely and ship it back to the address we provide 4. Refund Timeline Refunds are processed within 48 hours after we receive the returned item Money will be returned to your original payment method (PayPal → PayPal, credit card → credit card) Refunds typically appear in 3–10 business days depending on your bank 5.
